We currently deliver to all valid residential and commercial addresses across the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to regions outside these two countries at this time.

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Key processing notes:
- No orders are processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major public holidays observed in the U.S. or Canada (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Canada Day). These dates are excluded from processing timelines.
- Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days of processing. This extra time ensures we can verify shipping details, prepare mandatory customs documentation, and ensure full compliance with Canadian import regulations—critical steps to avoid delays at the border.
Delivery windows begin once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center:
- U.S. Standard Shipping: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. For remote U.S. locations (e.g., rural areas of Alaska), delivery may be extended by 2–3 days due to geographic accessibility.
- Canadian Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by province, ranging from 10–25 business days after dispatch. This window accounts for cross-border transit and customs clearance processes, which can vary based on regional requirements and processing volumes.
- U.S. Orders: We primarily partner with USPS for domestic deliveries, leveraging their extensive network to ensure reliable service for both lightweight and standard-weight packages.

A unique tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may temporarily pause once the package reaches Canadian customs—for the latest status, we recommend using Canada Post’s online tracking portal.

- Canadian Orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to populate. Once the package departs the U.S., updates may become less frequent due to customs processing. For the most accurate status, we encourage checking Canada Post’s website directly.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked “delivered” but not received, follow these steps:
- Inquire with household members, neighbors, or building management to check if the package was left at an alternate location (e.g., front porch, mailroom).
- Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or investigate the package’s status.
- Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customs clearance and international transit delays are common for cross-border shipments, and these extra days help account for unforeseen hold-ups.
- Check with Canada Post or the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) using your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
- Confirm with neighbors, local post offices, or building management for any missed deliveries.
