Shipping Policy

We’re committed to providing reliable shipping services for all orders, with clear guidelines to help you navigate delivery timelines, locations, and support.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all valid residential and commercial addresses across the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to regions outside these two countries at this time.
For orders shipping to Canada: International import regulations apply, including potential duties, taxes, and customs requirements. These are determined by Canadian authorities, and full details can be found in our dedicated Duties & Taxes section.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Key processing notes:

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery windows begin once your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center:

4. Shipping Carriers

A unique tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. For Canadian shipments, tracking updates may temporarily pause once the package reaches Canadian customs—for the latest status, we recommend using Canada Post’s online tracking portal.

5. Tracking Your Package

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor progress:

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked “delivered” but not received, follow these steps:

For U.S. Orders:

  1. Inquire with household members, neighbors, or building management to check if the package was left at an alternate location (e.g., front porch, mailroom).
  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or investigate the package’s status.

For Canadian Orders:

  1. Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customs clearance and international transit delays are common for cross-border shipments, and these extra days help account for unforeseen hold-ups.
  2. Check with Canada Post or the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) using your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties, taxes, or missing documentation.
  3. Confirm with neighbors, local post offices, or building management for any missed deliveries.

How to Request Support

If your package remains unlocatable after taking the above steps:
Reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue—including initiating a package trace if necessary—and provide regular updates until your order’s status is resolved.
